The asterisk should either be much bigger (OR) the entire field border should be outlined in Red, (OR) the word "Required" (in red) should appear in each mandatory field. Whichever way you go the sentence "All fields marked with asterisks are required." should also be highlighted in a way to match the actual execution e.g. with a big red asterisk next to it, or in a border that is red OR with an example of a field with the word "Required" next to it.
