All Reviews (ideally for a given cat-id)?

I seem to have hit a nerve with my website, I have a handful of folks going to *town* writing reviews for all the local shops & restaurants.  Good problem to have, thanks Alejandro, man this site is getting sticky!

 

But, I also have perhaps 200 shops & restaurants, and to-date only maybe 20 of them have review. Is there a way to see all reviews written?

 

And, in my dream world, you would allow a runtime specify of a directory, section, or category ID so that the user could choose to

1) see all reviews, (although that might be fairly useless)

2) see all restaurant reviews (could be interesting)

3) see all italian restaurant reviews (now this is cool).

 

If not possible, please consider this a humble feature request for the future. I'd even be willing to pay a (small) amount of $$ if it would take more than just basic work, anything to help the jReview community!
