automatically populate city and count after postalcode entering

i am looking for a developer who can help us to realize customers who wants to enter a new listing, only have to enter their postalcode.. and the system hass to automatically populate ore offer the city and the county.. like "hamburg-altona" ore "new york-soho"..

 

entering a new llisting mask

 

Postalcode: 12345

 

if postalcode is 12345 fill city and county

hamburg - altona

 

who can realize that?
