Change Detail.thml page to custom if Paid Listing

Hi, I was just wondering if there is any way to change the detail.thml page for Paid Listings only. Our setup as follows:

 

We already have a detail_custom.thml page in JReviews_Overrides for all free listings

 

We would like to have a detail_custom_paid.thml with a much different layout for paid listings. For instance, one layout for a hotel paid listing, and one different one again for a restaurant paid listing.

 

Is it possible to do?
