Is there a way to create a Two-for-One PaidListings plan?

I've been looking all over the documentation and forums yet can't seem to find anything on this

 

Is there a way to make a listing using the PaidListings addon that would create a Two-for-One special where somoeone could pay for the one listing and yet create two new listings?

 

Ideally, the client wanted to use a coupon code for this, but I'm thinking the only way to come close to something like this is by creating a new listing plan, but I'm struggling with this and can't see how this could work.

 

Any thoughts?
