Enter all, but display only what you have paid for

We have defined couple of Listing Plans with different Field Groups and Custom Fields - As base there's Free Plan with and all other plans are as upgrade from this plan.

 

Now, we are looking for Enter Once Your Details concept for all new entries -> meaning that all FGs and CFs for the category Listing belongs to are displayed during the Create New Listing phase, but only the ones purchased are displayed.

 

Since all LPs are based as upgrade from Free - if user wants Gold (Free->Bronze->Silver->Gold), with current concept, he would have to enter Listing data for Free, then upgrade to Bronze, upgrade to Silver and finally upgrade to Gold.
