can a user end their subscription inside their Account?

I'm about to get a company to recode the authorize.net plugin to handle ARB.  I know with PayPal a user can go into their PayPal account and end their subscription.  If I'm using authorize.net though, can a user end their subscription inside their account?  If not, how would they manually end their subscription?
