When I have a more expensive plan that a customer purchases, upon renewal are they able to reduce to a lower priced plan and still keep their reviews? 2. Are there any cases in which the customer will lose their reviews, besides not renewing? 3. Is there a way to allow only reviews for certain level of plans, or would all listings be allowed to have reviews no matter the plan? I am looking to have reviews only for the priced plans, and no reviews for the free listings. 4. If I, as the Administrator, create a listing that can be "claimed" what is the duration of the listing I create? Will I need to keep renewing my own listing or set it as "never expires" and then it is posted until someone claims it and then they can pay for the listing to be upgraded? And just to make sure, I would be the only one able to submit a listing that could be claimed? Thank you! Link to comment
