Looking for a site review and potential enhancements

Hi. I just created my first Joomla/jReviews site. I don't know how popular it might become, but my biggest worry is that it might become a success. If that were the case I'm not confident that my site design is sufficient scalable and user friendly if I get a large number of listings.

 

I'd like to have a more experienced expert take a look and give me any quick advise and feedback. If you have simple suggestions I'd hope you could just tell me. If you suggest more delicate or tricky modifications I am willing to contract, either now or in the future as needed.
