Disabled Field in PaidListing by Default Plan shown as fieldlabel in submit form

Hello!

 

I have a default plan in paid listing and there I disabled some complete field groups and of course the fields in there are also disabled.

If I submit a new entry, one of these disabled groups with one of the fieldlabels is shown without a possibilty to choose or do anything!?

 

I checked the other plans but didn`t find anything that could be solve the issue.
