Add IP column in admin view

Because Jreviews is often used to submit classifieds etc it may be a good idea if another column was added in the admin view that would display the IP of where the listing/review was submitted from to save the admin from going to jreviews_activities every time he needs to view this

 

Very useful and an easy fix  :)
