Listing Owners to enable reviews from the front-end

Hi,

 

I would like a function/toggle in front-end listing management, which requires Listing Owners to 'enable' reviews, if they want reviews to be made on their listing.

 

Therefor:

(Reviews 'Enabled' in back-end) + (reviews 'Enabled' in front-end) = reviews possible

(Reviews 'Enabled' in back-end) + (reviews 'Disabled' in front-end) = reviews Not possible

 

I understand this will probably not be incorporated into future versions, but I would like to know if this concept would be regarded as a simple, moderate or complex customisation of jreviews?
