Currently (v2.3.13.204) with thumbnails alt and title are populated by 'listing title' and there is no alt or title at all when the thumbnail is clicked and the large image is displayed with fancy box, there appears to be a title setting in fancy box which by default isn't used due to an empty $image['caption']. ref : http://www.reviewsforjoomla.com/forum/index.php?topic=16941 Link to comment
