The system comes with a ticket system, knowledge base, downloads repository and more. We are not abandoning the forum, since this is a great way to foster the community spirit and for us to show you that we are still here! :). Over time we hope that answers to most questions can be found on the knowledgebase, which is integrated with the ticket system to help us save time answering questions and use the gained efficiencies to further develop the product.
