hello

For let a customer pay his listing actually we can propose to him Inline payment (like Paypal) who need to use a credit card or Offline payment.

In USA and other country, paying using credit card is a common way used but unfortunately in my country many people/enterprise afraid to pay using credit card on Internet. Most well know websites here propose always offline payment as an alternative for this kind of people.

Unfortunately again here when a entreprise must pay something in Offline mode, the common method used is to send by postal way an envelop with inside an invoice/order and a pre-filled bank/post payment slip. The method consisting to just communicate in a webpage our own Bank account data and expect the customer will take note of this and made the payment is really not a common method and by experience I know this will stop many people.

So I would like propose 3 type of payment handler:

- Paypal

- Offline payment (user get bank data and do the necessary on his side for pay)

- By invoice (I must send an envelop with invoice/order and payment slip)

The "By invoice" method is very boring for me because I must print invoice, make a letter, pay a stamp and go to post office of find a post box for put my letter. This will also increase the payment delay. However I must propose this option otherwise I will loose potential customer.

However I would like charge a fee if user decide to choose the "By invoice" method. This will at least cover my time and charge and will maybe motivate the customer to choose the alternative Paypal or standard Offline mode.

So in practice I need if possible to have a extra copy of your default handler Offline payment with ability to add a fee in the total amount to pay.

Have you a simple solution for that? Maybe by hardcoding the fee to pay inside the handler plugin without need to have this in the backend??

thank
