Some issues with Paid Listings

1.) We've set up offline payment and when the user completes the order, it goes to a blank page (not 404, just an empty Joomla page with our theme).

 

2.) We noticed that once a not-yet-paid listing is submitted, on the "Moderation of Listings" page, when we try to edit/look at the submitted data, all the data is missing besides Listing Owner and Listing Summary (address, phone number, custom fields, etc are all empty). The same thing happens when we go into the PaidListings Manager > Orders page and try to edit/look at the submitted data there. Is this a bug or do we have to complete the order first in order to see the full submitted data and then publish it?

 

3.) And we're trying to setup a paid upgrade for the contact form, the default one shows some javascript in the email field for some reason:

 

 

Can you please take a look into those?
