In addition to being compatible with both Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 1.6 we have decided to add some pretty amazing features that had been previously available only to JReviews customers. JReviews Express now includes editor reviews and many of the directory features of JReviews including listing submissions, favorites, featured listings, listing claims, listing inquiries, review discussions, simple search and more. The main differences between JReviews and JReviews Express now are that Express doesn't include the CCK features of JReviews so it doesn't come with custom fields nor advanced search It is also not possible to use the Everywhere, GeoMaps nor PaidListings add-ons with JReviews Express. Customers with valid upgrade packages can download this latest version from the client area. You'll need to uninstall both the s2framework and JReviews Express component and install the new versions. You can install the new modules on top of the existing ones. Since this is a major version upgrade we highly recommend that you first test the upgrade in a development site. If you have customized any of the files in your existing version you should not attempt to use them in the new version. Instead you should bring your customizations over to the new version of the files you have modified. JReviews Express is released under the GPL license and will continue to be priced at $49.99 for a limited time. Link to comment
