Duplicate review form, but only one form with rating stars

I need some help with this:

 

In listing page, I need 2 buttons, and both are review forms, but with some catch...

 

The button1 open a form for comment, without rating stars, and the same user can comment in this form how many times he want it.

 

The button2 open a review form, with rating stars and comments fields.

If the user already registered a rating not-null, when he clicks this button2, will open the form with his review and rating for edit.

 

I realize that for this to work, we need multi-reviews enable and rating criteria optional.

 

Can somebody help me with this?
