Option to ask submitter whether are they owner of the listing during submission

I thought I'll post this here again so that we can track new feature request.

 

Some restaurant owners add the listing themselves but they did not re-claim it again so the claimed button is still there.

 

I guess it will be better that in the future version, when they add a listing, there is an option to ask them whether are they the business owner (like yelp), if so, it will marked the listing as claimed.
