You should have some examples of sites you have developed and/or worked on that are running on Joomla, JReviews, and JomSocial. You should also be strong in user interface and styling. Our website is currently up with basic out of the box functionality. What we need is someone to: provide aesthetic and UI design, minor modifications to search, listing and review outputs/functionality, and addition of a couple basic features such as user created lists, etc. Once a developer is contracted, we can discuss in more detail what is required however this is a fairly simple job if you know what you're doing.
