Implement UI-Autocomplete in "Submit Listing" Form

I saw that jReviews extended the autocomplete function to other areas (custom fields). I'd really appreciate (no...our visitors would do) if the auto complete works on the title of the submit listing form to avoid duplicate submission.

 

Now it is like that: The user fills out the whole (big) form and when he hit "submit" he get's the notice that the listing is already submitted. Very frustrating for the users.

 

Perfect would be: If the autocomplete works with phrases inside a word (if he doesn't type exactly the same listing title).
