needing someone to create Jreviews search function - Price range and more

Hi everyone,

 

I am looking for someone to create a search form for me that would obviously go off of JReviews search function.  I have attempted to hire other people but they end up not being able to do it. please read below "carefully" to understand what is needed.

 

Website idea

This website is an apartment rental search engine. people go on here to look for apartments for rent.

 

Issue

My biggest issue is I need a person to create a price range search and a number of bedrooms search together.  Example: each apartment does not have a set price, for example Company 1 would have a range of apartments with different pricing, so the price listed would be a range i.e: $800 to $2,300.  I just want the person to be able to search from a minimum to a maximum.

 

Issue 2

I need for the visitor to be able to check how many bedrooms they want, 1+, 2+, or 3+ bedrooms and so on.

 

 

There are a couple more features i need that should be easy. Here is an image as to what I looking for, this is something that will go on the home page, and possible a smaller version of it on other pages.
