Small map control

I'm using the Jreview map module to show a small (vertical height under 400px) and I am getting this control:

For this map size I don't want to PAN control just the zoom like this:

 

http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/v2/examples/control-defaultUI-small.html

 

Is this a config file somewhere I can modify to get this behavior?
