Category Selection Drop Down just spinning

This is weird and I'm at a loss.

 

From the public interface to select plans the "Select Section" shows but when you select it the "Select Category" just spins on almost every computer and browser I try (4 computers tried now from different locations). But if I use my Win 7 64bit computer

it works with any browser.

 

Any ideas on what to do?
