Request for bids: Move to new host, migrate j1.0 to j1.5, upgrade jReviews

I run a non-profit org with a woefully obsolete Joomla 1.0 installation on one host and a 1.5.22 install on a new host.  I'd like to move/migrate the site to the new host, and I generally do my own work, but having jReviews involved has proven to be an issue for me. 

 

I'd like to receive bids on relocating the site and upgrading/migrating everything that needs it.  Addresses on request.

 

Current live site:  Joomla! 1.0.12,    jReviews 2.0.5.20

Dev site:  Joomla! 1.5.22
