Problem with Google API key

I've registered dev.oilfieldreview.com at Google and got API Key.

 

With the home page it works fine.

 

We're using bread-crumbs to select categories generating the following URL's:

http://dev.oilfieldreviews.com/index.php?option=com_jreviews&Itemid=2&url=World/asia/oman_c438_m2/

 

At such an URL I get the following error message:

 

This web site needs a different Google Maps API key.

A new key can be generated at http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html

 

Please advice - what is going wrong? Thanks!!
