How do I set up reviewme fields?

I've installed the JomSocial reviewme plugin, and it is being called properly, but the form is empty. I'm pretty sure that this is because it has nothing to do, as I've not set up anything on the back end other than installing the plugin, activating it, and ensuring it's being called.

 

I can't seem to find the documentation on what needs to be done on the administration side, though, to make this work and add fields so that users can review each other.

 

Point me in the right direction, please?
