New Listings Are Not Given Free Plan by Default

Hello,

 

I followed the instructions in "How to allow free listing submissions and charge only for listing upgrades." When testing, adding a new listing does not automatically give it the "Free" plan. You have to click on "Order Plan" and choose "Free," then the fields and images show up. Then you can click on "Order Upgrade" and choose from the upgrade plans.

 

Clicking on "Create Orders" in the backend fixes it, but I don't want to have to do that for every new listing that's submitted.

 

Do I need to submit a ticket for this or have I missed a step? I have the free plan set as default and set "Show in submit form" set to No. Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
