Geomap Listing pop up box formatting

There are a few things I am trying to change on the geomaps listing pop up formatting

a) Listing info – the default info that pops up in the box is listing name & user rating. Can we change this to listing name, category & user rating

b) Scroll over effect – We would like for the listing box for appear when users just scroll over a listing as opposed clicking on it.
