[Solved]Is is possible to activate Inquiry Form after purchasing upgrade?

Hello, i am trying to use inquiry form and would like to make it invisible before purchasing a certain upgrade. I have 2 upgrades available and want to activate the inquiry form after purchasing the upgrade called "Basic". Is there any way to do this? if so, can you please tel me how to do it?
