ajax title search in listing submit form

I am having some headache about users submitting duplicated listings because the duplicated titles are a bit different, and that they won't know about it when submitting, or it's too late when they have input everything, but only told it is already existed when click submit button.

 

I suggest adding an ajax title auto search function in listing submit form for title field. When user input the title, the form will auto show out existing listings that contain the input words, so that user will know the same listing has already been submitted.
