Category and Directory menu item?

What i think would be a nice feature. Is the ability to add a menu item for a category, that way, when every your dealing with that category, it will show that menu items style. Like right now, for one of my sites. We are playing around with menu items, and different styles, and stuff. This feature would come in handy, because as you know joomla lets you assign, different menu items different templates and even some template (rockettheme template) let you assign different preset styles to a particular menu item. The problem we are running in to, is since with Jreview, there are 10 different ways to get to a category, When the player is there. It could have multiple different types of styling, and might not look its best. 

 

Just an idea.
