Offering Customers One Time Payment or Subscription in Renew Order Popup Box

Hi,

 

I'd like customers who purchase a one time payment plan (using a free coupon as a trial) to have the options in their "renew order" popup box to renew their order with either another one time payment, or a subscription plan. I really would like them to have this range of options. How can I set that up?
