It really is needed for any listing paid or not, but with paid listings it increases the level of necessity. Most other softwares needing this have a simple option in the config for showing check box (or not) for user entering a new listing so they can agree. It should accept the article address for the terms and conditions. Additional addresses for privacy and terms of use etc would be helpful but not mandatory. I did see the http://www.reviewsforjoomla.com/forum/index.php?topic=6699.0 previous suggestion made about adding a custom field, but this puts the agreement on the initial entry form and not on the payment form, where it should be. It leaves you with no link to the actual terms and conditions for them to read what they are agreeing to. Link to comment
