More customization via the interface itself

First of all, I love JReviews!

 

I have noticed that some of the customizations are truly "back-of-the-house" type customizations that require people to get their hands dirty. It would certainly be nice to be able to make some of these customizations from within the interface itself such as what we can do with custom fields. I included a sample of what I mean above.
