How to attach Listing Types to specific categories

Hi,

I had this set up in the past but I recently deleted all the categories and started over. Previously I was able to display additional field under certain categories. I cannot figure out how I get the listing type to display in a specific category. I have searced the documentation but cannot find the answer. I am sure this was simple to achieve in the past. Its just been a long toime since i did it.

How do I achieve this?
