Bug or feature? No saving indicator for selecting cover/logo/gallery/first image

Hi,

we made a quick usertesting with 20 people.

16 from 20 didn't realize that selecting logo, cover, gallery or first image is saved after clicking (after add entry and manage media). For updating the title there is a saving indicator but not for the other actions.

Please trigger the saving indicator when selecting logo, cover, gallery or first image too.
