White Screen on JReviews Backend

So jreviews is working just fine on the front end, but when I click on the link in the backend under the components header, I get a white screen.

I tracked down the jreviews admin panel error to this error:

Fatal error: The file /home/m11dl1st1ngs/public_html/components/com_jreviews/jreviews/admin_controllers/my_controller.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.3 and cannot run under PHP 7.0. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.6. in Unknown on line 0

However when running the ioncube loader-wizard.php file I got this:

Loader Installed

The ionCube Loader version 10.2.4 for PHP 7.0 is already installed and encoded files should run without problems.

Please contact the script provider if you do experience any problems running encoded files.

 

Wondering what might be the culprit here.  I've cleared cache and expired cache.
