Only "paid listing" users can contact other users

Hi

I'm building a website where people exchange houses with each other for vacations.

I used jreviews for the house listings.

I'm adding the "paidlistings" addon, so that users pay to submit listings, and so that when they stop paying the listing gets unpublished.

Now what I need is that only paid users can contact other listing owners using the inquiry form.

 

This has to be a plugin or an override, so that it doesn't get erased in the next Jreviews update.

I'd rather it as a plugin, so other Jreviews users can use it to (I think it would help lots of users for dating sites, classifieds and more).

 

I need a freelancer that knows Jreviews inside out and that this kind of job is easy for him.
