Reviews text area settings: minimum required words and maximum words allowed

Please add in (Configuration Settings : Reviews)
new review text area settings: minimum required words and maximum words allowed

For example:
Reviews minimum required words = 100 words
Reviews maximum words allowed = 500 words

The "Submit" button is disabled by default until you write at least 100 words. Between 100 and 500 words the submit button is enabled and after 500 words it is once again disabled.

It will be great if we see the counting of the words dynamically at the bottom of the text area.
