Update bxslider and consider using bxslider in the listing header

The current version of bxslider used in jReviews is 4.1.2. The newest version available is 4.2.5 and contains a lot of bug fixes. I have tried the new version without any problems on my site.

 

Another cool feature would be to use bxslider in the new listing header.
