Modify the summary snippet to include "Be the first to review this listing!"

I'm worried that if a listing hasn't yet been reviewed and shows no "stars" that someone might think that listing has received a "0" in review. Is there a way to append the summary code snippet to check if the review count ==0 then echo "Be the first to review this listing!"

 

I think I'm on the right track but I don't know the proper syntax or where exactly to put it.
